England and Chelsea Left Back Ashley Cole has limped out of  England’s Wednesday morning training session in front of watching reporters…

The player was escorted from the session by Physio Gary Lewin but the F.A  quickly released a statement saying there is no reason for concern, although no specific reason has been given.

England have suffered a succession of Injuries since Roy Hodgson picked his final 23 players, with Frank Lampard suffering a thigh Injury, Gareth Barry suffering a Muscle tear in his lower abdomen and Gary Cahill replaced due to a Broken Jaw. Liverpool’s Martin Kelly has also been ill for the last few days and took no part in England’s opening 1-1 draw with France on Monday evening.

Although Cole’s early departure from training worried onlooking reporters, he is expected to start England’s game against Sweden on Friday in Kiev. If it does transpire that Cole is unfit for the game, it is likely that Hodgson would turn to Everton Full Back and Manchester United summer target Leighton Baines.
